A Trend Micro activation code is a 20 characters alphanumeric activation code. This activation code is used to activate/upgrade from trend micro trial to premium or paid version.

You can activate your Trend Micro Security with the following process:

Step 1:  First open the main console of your Trend Micro Security software. Which you do by either of the following:

            Option A: You are to double-click on the Trend Micro icon on your desktop.

            Option B: You are to double-click on the Trend Micro icon on your system tray. 

Step 2: Now provide the expiry date at the bottom of the main console.

Step 3: Select Change your serial number from the available options

• And this will begin the Trend Micro Installer on your computer.

• Follow the instruction of the installer and as well agree with the term and conditions.

• Now enter your email address for the Trend Micro Subscription.

• You further have to disclose your personal details for your Trend Micro Account.

• Once your activation process gets completed, click on the finish button and close the tab
